My Story

I’m a recovering people pleaser, too. I get it!

I learned at a young age that pleasing others made me feel worthy and loved. People pleasing was a great coping mechanism for a looooong time, but when it became my default mode of operating - and I realized how exhausted and disingenuous I felt (aka it was holding me back from showing up authentically) - I jumped wholeheartedly into making changes.

When my therapist taught me how to set clear, firm boundaries, I uncovered the boundless freedom of expressing my thoughts without fear of judgment and found the deepest, most profound sense of peace and fulfillment.
